I wanted to start off tonight with a little history. We had Serpro in our building with in 48 hours as soon as I was told I could go in this helped minimize our damage in our units severely. The decision was made by the board to sign a contract with Serpro to handle drying our building in the event of a hurricane.
Today they were able to start moving equipment from PH units down to the 8 th floor. There is more demo to be done hopefully one more day of that then we are just monitoring the units and equipment.
So with that being said we have save units from having mold grow.
I want to address the ac but this is only in the makings there are several units that have NO ac they either were blown off or were damaged in the storm I have asked Mccarron and these that aren’t working will be handled by HOA storm damage to what all extent I am not 100% sure I will keep all posted on that . The roof did suffer sever damage it has been patched for the time being.
The units that were damaged they have dehumidifiers places in those units. We will be meeting with the contractors and the insurance adjuster hopefully starting next week and can do this weekly to give an update from the general contractor
The most important thing is to try to keep everyone updated as much as possible and to take care of your homes.
Thanks
