This notice is to let all our HOA members know that the governor issued Alabama beaches open April 30th, @ 5pm. Please make sure you follow the guidelines of social distancing.

At Bella Luna:

The hot tubs inside and out will remain CLOSED as will the indoor pool. All heat will remain shut off to these hot tubs and this pool.

The exercise room / fitness room will also remain CLOSED.

Bella Luna condos will open the outside pools and grill areas.  SEE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT LETTER ATTACHED.

You will be required to follow social distancing at the outdoor pools as well as any common areas in the building. There will be a limited number of people (10) perbody of water and deck at the pool area this is due to the rules by the health dept.  Also, a limited number of chairs placed outside to try and keep social distancing. YOU are responsible for wiping down the chairs and tables that are used. We will have someone in place to make sure all these rules are followed that are put in place. PLEASE help in trying to make this safe and enjoyable for us all as we are all trying to enjoy and be safe. Please do your part as an OWNER.

We are committed to the health and safety of our owners, guest and staff. We encourage you to follow CDC recommendations, including staying home if you are sick, washing your hands frequently and observing social distancing. As always, we will continue to sanitize all touchpoints and common areas.

HOA Board and Management

Letter from Health Dept:

Based on the Order from the Governor and direction from the State Health department, all water venues will be allowed to reopen on April 30th at 5:00 PM with the following conditions:

A gathering of no more than 10 people PER BODY OF WATER in that area NO MATTER THE SIZE OF THE DECK AND WATER. The 10 people Rule includes in the water AND on the deck.
Those 10 people must maintain the 6 feet of separation if they are not family members. Each person in that family unit is counted as part of the 10 people Rule.
If the beach is accessed through the pool area, then you may separate the walkway from the pool area so the 10 people Rule may be more easily monitored.

Once again, the management company, Certified Pool Operator, home owner association, property manager, etc., are responsible for monitoring their facilities and ensuring compliance. Should the Baldwin County Health Department receive a complaint that the Order is not being followed, ADPH will verify the validity of the complaint. This could lead to the immediate closure of the water facility whereas an Emergency Order of the Health Officer (EHO) will be issued. Corrective action to lift the emergency order includes a written plan on how the facility will maintain compliance.

Feel free to post this information if you wish.
