Hello this will be a short post .
Today we had a lot going on checking ac checking units cleaning garage. The landscape crew came in today started cleaning the grounds and cutting palms.
We still have lots of electrical wires running all over the place as you can see.
Today I was on the phone most of the day schedule meeting for all contractors with insurance co.

Hello guys I’m hoping to wrap this up for tonight in about an hour.
Today we have made progress we have checked AC units as much as we possibly can waiting on HVAC guys tomorrow hopefully.
We do have power we are still on generator from Servpro waiting on the electrical guy to swap us back. Servpro is placing equipment in every unit as the supervisor says it is safe to there is damage to some units that will require lots of equipment.
With saying that I want to say Bella Luna is in NO shape for people to come and stay we have glass everywhere ,we have power cords, no water in all units it is still a big mess. And the big thing NO tv ( hope that made y’all laugh a little)
The garage is being cleaned up it will be pressure washed and cleaned.
We are doing our best to keep everyone posted and updated as much as possible.
Again as I have said please text me I will return your text or call as soon as possible. I know y’all are all worried about your homes and or investments and I promise you we and the board are making every decision the best for Bella Luna.

Today was same clean up we have had more contractors in the building cleaning up glass. Hopefully we will have the emergency generator for the clean up crew to use.
There is still no power at to serve units or AC
The ac on the roof are damaged so not sure when AC will be in the building

Hello guys I’m sending this post as I go on my way home, today we finished dumping all the freezers and Freg.
Tomorrow the plans are to have Servpro in the building and hope to start drying up things.
I’m sending pics on the next post of the lower garage every container is damaged in some way or the other, the water rose all the way to the ramp with sewage coming up from the grinder pump. So everything there is not save to use or keep.
I have had several calls about people wanting to help send something come anything.
As I will never tell anyone they can’t come to their home I will just say it is not livable we have a long way to go we are trying to post pics and keep y’all updated daily.
We are moving forward with general contractors , insurance and all other vendors.
We will post again tomorrow .

Hello guys I am going to post a few pics on here in a few minutes.
On one note I am trying to respond to everyone personally but it is difficult and get all the contractors moving too. So please if you text me or call me I’m not avoiding anyone I want to answer you all but first and foremost I want to make sure your property is well taken care of.
So please leave me text or voice mails and I promise I will get back to you all.
As for power we are still out no water I will let everyone know when we do.
I encourage everyone not to come to Bella Luna to check units or what ever.
There is very limited gas and stores
We have water ice and have had people delivering all day.
On a personal note I have had people call me about my home we are fine I have some shingles miss and privacy fence. But no leaks and I have a generator lol so please don’t worry about me our family is great.
Y’all all can do one thing pray for OB pray we all have the strength to keep going and we will all get through this together
