Ok let me start by saying that we have been busy and have gotten a lot done.
I want to let anyone know that has a rental unit to make sure you tell your rental company that we are in NO way ready for rentals. The water pump is still not pumping water all the way up to the floor. The garage has been cleaned and pressure washed. There are a few bins that survived most didn’t .
We have had the glass company come in they have been in every unit and on every floor to get a count of glass damaged. The pool are still a mess and will be for a while. The landscapers still have not been able to get to the back due to the large generator we had supplying power to the building we are now on street power. We still have a lot of people as contractors in and out of the building.
We are not allowing site seeing or and rentals or guest.
We ask that any owner that wants to come check on their property please come and leave . As I said before we have one elevator and we need to keep it free and open for contractors and workers coming in and out of the building.
I have tried to update those thy have asked as much as I can and please if you are worried and want to talk to me please text me and let’s set up a time my phone is ringing non stop so I would like to let’s do times I can talk

Just a short update here are a few pics we are making progress slow but we are doing the beat we can.
Like I said tomorrow I will like to make a longer post with very helpful information but I need some input from the board and some questions answered from contractors

I have had owners telling me they are getting solicited things from insurance and different people
Please DO NOT Give your personal information out to these people.
Please contact your insurance agent and y’all to him.
Please do not be caught up in a scam

Please please everyone the building is not ready for people to come back.
We are still on emergency power in the units not all breakers nor units have been cleared. We don’t have water up to every unit.
Bella Luna is NOT back to normal in no way.
These is glass everywhere on several floors. Equipment in almost or almost every unit. It’s in all the hall ways.
Metal is all over the marina is closed it is unsafe.
If you come please do not plan to stay we have one elevator and Crews are using it to get equipment to the units we need to not slow this process down

Just a short post to boat owners the marina is CLOSED we need the boats that were left to be take out there is damage on the marina and no one needs to get hurt
So please stay off the marina.

Hey guy today has been I have no clue what day it is lol
These are a few pictures from yesterday and I would just say we are working hard busy with everyone and hope I can do a better up day tomorrow. Pressure washing has started
And if you have asked me about your unit and I have not answered does mean u aren’t as important as everyone else just hours are just not long enough
I hope to have more answers about individual units and I will send that information to all separate
