NOTICE
EFFECTIVE 11pm TONIGHT – March 18,2020
Out of an abundance of caution and in order to preserve the health and welfare of resident owners and staff who are responsible for performing essential services necessary for the well-being of the property, the Board of Directors has deemed it necessary to close off all common area amenities. This includes, indoor pool, fitness room, outdoor pools, and docks. (Owners with boats are not restricted from gaining access to their boat.) At the same time, we will have management personnel to monitor and disburse gatherings of ten or more people on the property in keeping with the government-imposed restrictions. This temporary restriction will be in effect until April 1. The Board of Directors will revisit this policy in ten days and determine at that time whether to extend the time frame past April 1 or lift the restriction on April 1. Should conditions change which may require additional measures we will make our owners aware at that time.
Should the Federal Government issue tighter restrictions while this policy is in effect, then that restriction or mandate will supersede the policy of the Board of Directors and go in effect at that time.
Bella Luna will remain open to maintenance companies or local vendors performing necessary services to the property and/or individual condos. It will be mandatory that those companies check in onsite. While these measures may not stop the spread of the coronavirus and its exposure, it will certainly delay or offset consequences that will arise should no action be taken at all. These are tough times and uncharted territory for all of us. We will get through this together and come out on the other side stronger and wiser. Owners that rent, please notify your rental company immediately so that all incoming renters will be made aware of reduced use restrictions on the property.
We encourage everyone to use paper towels and hand sanitizer that is provided. And be sure and WASH you hands as often as you can.
THE BEACHES ARE STILL OPEN AT THIS TIME!
Sincerely,
The Board of Directors
