Hello All.
As we try to keep everyone updated on the openings and state and county rules. We are now opening the fitness room today at 5PM. The 6-foot separation still applies unless it is same family/ household.
The hours of operation in the Gym are 8am-9pm the machines will be distance apart so we can comply with the social distance please observe and follow rules. Hand sanitizer, wipes and Lysol is available in the gym everyone is required to wipe the equipment down before and after use.
The steam room and dry sauna will remain CLOSED.
The hot tubs will remain closed due to social distancing.
Attached is a copy of the health dept order and guidelines for the gym. These will also be a copy placed in the gym.

Based on the Amended Order from the Governor on May 8, 2020, all water venues will be allowed to modify to the following conditions on May 11, 2020 at 5:00 PM:
All persons must maintain the 6 feet of separation unless they are family members from the same household.
This Order will remain in effect until May 22, 2020 at 5:00 PM.
The management company, Certified Pool Operator, home owner association, property manager, etc., are responsible for monitoring their facilities and ensuring compliance. Should the Baldwin County Health Department receive a complaint that the Order is not being followed, ADPH will verify the validity of the complaint. This could lead to the immediate closure of the water facility whereas an Emergency Order of the Health Officer (EHO) will be issued.
Athletic facilities may reopen on May 11, 2020 at 5:00 PM with the following guidelines also.

Post from Managment and HOA board updates
First, we would like to wish all Mothers a HAPPY MOTHERS DAY.
The weather has been wonderful the beaches and beach patrols are keeping up and maintaining the crowds.
Here at Bella Luna the pool situation has been going as planned with several nice days.
We would like to say thanks to everyone who has maintained social distance and have been corporative with us opening back pools and grills.
ON 5/7/2020 THURSDAY
We will be allowing about 40 in the pool area starting Thursday, we ask that you leave chairs and tables where they are stationed at and please comply with the amount of people designated for each pool area. Please do not move chairs in groups as you will be told not to. WE must keep social distance to keep pools open.
We will OPEN the indoor pool on Thursday this will be LIMITED to only 8 at a time will be ALLOWED in the indoor pool/area this means pool decking too. WE WILL LIMIT THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR THE INDOOR POOL 9AM TO 12PM … Please comply so that we will able to keep this Open increase house of operation ASAP.
We encourage everyone to use the sanitary wipes that we have provided at the pool to wipe of chairs and table before and after use.
This week Wednesday 5/6/2020 we will be opening the theater room and the owners lounge small groups only and you MUST reserve it. Please comply so we can keep this open as well.
Please no eating in the lounge as we do not need to encourage large groups.
The grills are grill and go (2 person’s) at a times this way it helps limit the amount of people at the pools.
ALL HOTTUBS AND THE EXCERISE ROOM WILL REMAIN CLOSED TILL FUTHER NOTICE.
The Certified Pool Operator, management company, homeowner’s association, property manager or the like, should monitor their facilities and report inappropriate findings to the appropriate internal person(s) in charge,
which then should ensure compliance is enforced. Should the Baldwin County Health Department (BCHD) receive a complaint that the Order is not being followed, validity of the complaint will be determined and
proper actions will be taken that could include closure of the water venue, whereas an Emergency Order (EHO) will be issued. Law Enforcement may assist the BCHD, as needed, with compliance issues.
We will be giving updates as soon as possible and encourage everyone to join our website so you can stay updated on all happenings at Bella Luna
