As a reminder, all items in the garage should be in a storage bin or in your vehicle. The only exception to this is bikes, beach carts and crab traps. Beach carts and crab traps must be secured to your storage bin and bikes must be stored and secured in the bike racks provided. Any items that cannot be secured to your storage bin or the bike rack must be stored in your condo.

All items in the garage must be clearly labeled with the unit number. This includes all storage bins, bikes, beach carts and crab traps.

If you are storing anything in the stairwells, please contact Teresa immediately.

Also, we have very limited space in the garage for storage bins and all bins must be approved by our property management team before installation.

Our goal is preventing any damage to cars that may be caused from unsecure items in the garage area.

We just wanted to send this communication to let you know we are watching tropical storm Fred.

Dear Owners,

Below are a few items you may find of importance/interest:

1. All remaining major repairs will resume in the fall. We will continue to work on items that will cause only minimum disturbances to owners and guest. We ask for your cooperation as we work towards our goal of a fully restored complex.

2. A quarterly meeting of the Board will be held on July 10th at 9:30 a.m. in the owner’s lounge. All owners are welcome to attend. We will be addressing Marina violations starting at 10:00 a.m. and ask that all slip owners try to attend this portion of the meeting either in person or via ZOOM. 3. As you know, many owners had storage bins in the garage prior to the storm. Most were destroyed. We still have work to do in the garage area such as waterproofing, pressure washing and painting. The remaining repairs may cause damage or additional damage to any bins in the garage. Therefore, we are asking all owners to refrain from bringing new bin until notified the complex is ready for them. At that time, our property management team will work with owners regarding placement and any restrictions regarding size, color and appearance.

4. All pools will be open on Wednesday, June 30th.

5. Please be sure to pick up after your pets. We understand the dog walk areas are not fully restored but this does not change the rules regarding the use of the areas.

6. Electricians will be on-site July 6th – 15th installing new pedestals at the marina. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

7. As you know, the 4th of July weekend is always a very busy weekend at our complex. Parking is always a problem so please minimize the number of cars where possible.

This has been brought to my attention the last couple of weekends. We are asking everyone to park in their spot below but it isn’t always possible with construction going on.
But I do ask that everyone be respectful of out staff and not come to the desk cursing or being disrespectful to other owners if someone is in your spot.
Please come to the desk see if they can help locate you a spot until yours is free..
We are all in this together and I can assure you it is just as stressful for us as staff as it is for you as owners but let’s work together and respect each other.

As some of you are aware we have had several leaks causing floods in units.
So if you go to your unit and the water is turned off under the sink PLEASE DO NOT turn it on with out contacting Managment.
These are 15 yrs old and are causing us lots of money, damage and additional hours.
